Connection issues

Why does my WiFi keep disconnecting and my rota turn orange when nothing is wrong? I am paying for the internet yet I'm unable to use it and it turns off 2-3 times a day!

Try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

  • I’ve tried calling sky but because the test come back fine it's not an issue yet I still have no internet and I pay to have it!.

When calling saying nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line.

which number would be best to do  this and actually see results and it's been happening for the last two months and I don't seem to get anywhere with the number on the app
