Connection drops

My Broadband connection is keep on driving since last 2 days , Health check in sky app says all looks good, but router is blinking with orange/red lights. Could you please help me with this it's impacting my office work.

Hi mate,

Thanks for your help, l have contacted sky customer care they said some line issue and arranged an Engineer visit.

@aditya05  Can you follow the latter directions in the information below after running the service checker.

 

Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.


After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Hi , Thanks for your reply.

 

Sadly all your steps shows connection is good and no issues with hub . Not sure what is wrong connection goes off for every few minutes and it's connecting back automatically after 5 minutes.

When it is up l have tested , when it is down it's not at all finishing the test just hanging on the web page

@aditya05  Are you using mobile data when trying to complete the test?

Yes l think , when WiFi goes it's connected to mobile data. Do you think test is not working because of that ? May l know the steps how to test it when wifi goes off pls ?
