I have recently upgraded wifi and i have external sockets requiring a 2.4Ghz connection but I can't find how I do this. They are BG electric external sockets. I've been told to turn off 5g to connect but don't know how to do this. Csn you help?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Fionti67 in the same area as you used to change the security there is a link labelled disable WiFi go into that and temporarily disable the 5GHz band and save the change. Once the hub restarts then try to conect the smart sockets using the app. Once connected go back into the My Sky app and turn the 5GHz band back on and the smart devices should stay connected.
