Changing rhe channel the WiFi uses on tbe tv because it can interfere with the router if they are close together. Only they can sort the issue out taking you through the steps.

Hi, I haven't had issues until the last couple of months and my broadband is often very low when I get issues and check fast.com and I got today 9.9mbp and I have been having to turn off the router and on again often lately to get a better connection. I have an ethernet lead from the WiFi box to my laptop and it's never been this poor. Aleasy normally over 100 around 120 or 130. I tried to log in to change the channel and that option to go into the settings has been removed. Someone else locally could be on the same channel and I can't change it. I work from home and this is affecting team calls. I have 2 log training days thurs and fri this week amd cant miss any of it. Please help. Thanks Emma
If your connected by Ethernet and the speed has dropped you might want to try another Ethernet cable in case the cable or its connections are damaged, preferably a cat5e or above.
For a more accurate speed reading, try downloading the Speedtest (by Ookla) App from Microsoft store if using Windows.

I didn't realise this was on a forum I thought it was to email to a message to a sky support staff member. All sorted by calling sky.
