Connecting a device at 2.4 GHz

I am trying to connect my Solar Edge Invertor to my Sky Max broadband. I believe the invertor requires 2.4 GHz wifi, but the default is 5 GHz.?

I am not that tech savvy, so if there is a way to set the wifi to 2.4 GHz, I would appreciate a walk through for a simpleton! I understand you can do this in the MySky App, but I don't want to mess up my wifi by trying it without expert advice. Once connected, I believe I can go back to 5 GHz, but how do I do that?

Many thanks in advance. Terry

Re: Connecting a device at 2.4 GHz

@TerryIrwin The sky help below, but your sky Max is 2.4/5Ghz combined single ssid, so you just need to disable the 5Ghz, connect the device you need, then turn the 5Ghz back on again!. You have to use the app to do it, so be careful, take your time and be sure to read it all few times before you go start the process!
