Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@rallyfan1986 if the hub is randonly rebooting and it isnt being caused by a poor power connection Sky normally will swap it out. I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

The router has been repalced however the problem still exists. The router lights will go off, with just the first light being solid red, the other lights will then turn on (green).
The internet is offline for around 2 minutes until the lights are back on, there is no issues with the internet other than these drops

Following up on this, I am still seeing the same issues.
The internet will drop out with only the first light lit up red, this will then go green, with the other lights going orange and eventually turning green after a few minutes

Yes, it ended up fixing itself. All I can guess is sky identified an issue at their side and fixed it
