Connected without Internet

My WiFi keeps cutting out saying connect without Internet but when I go on my broadband checker it says everything is fine 🤦‍♀️ It's been doing this alot recently and I'm starting to wonder why I'm paying for Internet that barely works

@Kirsty+help+me If the online broadband checker is not helping, you can call sky and the agent can run a diagnostic on your line, this is more intrusive testing but can show more potential faults. Call sky on 150 from your landline phone if you have one connected.

Same mines terrible use phone data more than the WiFi ad it never works and it always says its fine

I dont have landline just broadband only, I'll have to find the number and give them a ring tomorrow but thanks for the help hopefully they can figure out what's wrong 🙂
