Connect a new router

We moved to a new house and we have a router but we don't have Internet access and we want to repurchase the plan to use the Internet.

Your post is a little unclear so 


were you a Sky Broadband customer at your previous address? 

 

if so, did you contact Sky regarding a 'Home Move'?

If you didn't order a Home Move for Sky Broadband from your previous address several weeks ago, unfortunately you aren't going to have service until some time in January.
