Complaint

 

we have had no internet today, the hub is all correct and lit up, however there is no connection at all.

 

terrible service I have only just joined

Did you try? 

 

Press and HOLD the WPS button on the side of the sky hub, until the white light on the front starts flashing green. 

 

When it stops, try and connect.

@Rockyrfc  If today is the day service goes live it can take up to midnight to be present.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@curiousgiraffe In which case whatever issue you have is different as the reset works for the Sky Max hub bug where nonSSIDs are broadcast.

I've tried unplugging it multiple times, holding the reset button and the side button. nothing changes . the only green lights that turn on are power and WiFi. 

 

nothing is connecting
