Broadband and WiFi speed around the house

Done all the tests and checks on sky app and all normal green but the connection around the house is so slow and intermittent?

@Lee19781  If you don't have Wi-Fi coverage around the whole of the property do you have broadband boost or broadband max as part of your broadband subscription?

Broadband drops, system checks ok, but Internet often doesn't stream ...allegedly on fastest available,  basically rubbish  customer "service".
