Compensation

I had an email to say I was going to get £224.64 compensation as there was trouble connecting our fibre broadband and I would get it in 30 days it is coming up to the 30 days but have seen no sign of compensation.

@Costume12 The compensation is in the form of a bill credit applied to your sky account, so do you see a credit for said amount on your sky account billing section

@Costume12 It will if applied correctly show as a credit, so if you look on your billing you may see it applied, but best to look at the future bills to start with!
