My TV is showing a download speed of 0.62 Mbps

It say the connection is poor and there is constant buffering. I have completed all trouble shooting on TV - this is a relatively new problem (2 weeks) therefore the internet speed must have reduced. Can you help?

@claire_scarlett Is the TV connected to the hub via wireless wi-fi connection, if so have you tried a cable connection to the TV if possible to do!
