PON light is red on openreach box inside house, unplugged and rebooted everthing but still no change, ran test through sky and there is no outages or issues apparently
@TomHolt Pon light red, there is a problem going back to the exchange! It will go green again when the issue is fixed, could be anything but the unit is not authenticating back on the OR side! You could try the ONT off for 5 mins but if it comes back on RED then it's either a call to sky or a wait to clear!
