Charged
Why I have been charged if I already cancelled my contract?

Re: Charged
@CatalinaR Bills are produced 14 days prior to Direct Debit date, if you cancelled you would have needed to give 31 days notice for TV & 4 days notie for Broadband.
Any overpayments will be refunded

Billing continues throughout your 14 days notice period if you've successfully cancelled and don't forget bills are generated 14 days before the payment date.
Any overpayment shoukd be reimbursed after about 6 weeks.

Re: Charged
@CatalinaR You have to give 14 days notice to cancel and billing continues as normal during this period
bills are generated 14 days before payment due date so likely whilst you were still a customer and must be paid as normal
a corresponding credit for days beyond termination date will be applied to the account next month

Re: Charged
We obviously can't see you bills or account. How did you cancel? When did you cancel? Have Sky sent you an email acknowledging the cancellation?

@CatalinaR the itemised billing should detail any unexpected charges so what is listed on there
have been asked to and returned any loaned equipment, it could be a non return fee

Re: Charged
@CatalinaR Had you contract just run it's 24 month course before you cancelled it, the bill as everyone is telling you is a process that goes on, you move and depending on the timing you get a bill, it will be a lot more because all your discount's are gone, they take the money and they REFUND it back, that is a time period 6-8 weeks....
