New Master socket required

Our old master socket needs replacing. It is working but damaged, has been since we moved in and getting worse - the Internet connection is less stable than it was. Can anyone advise whether Sky can help with this please? We have standard non-fibre broadband if that makes any difference. Thanks in advance.

@dawnus75 Yes they can, it is also a chargeable option, and rather difficult to get done, but you can only call and ask for it, NO other way.!
