Charge for no return equipment, I’m disabled and couldn’t get to post office

I've been charged for not returning sky equipmemt

I'm disabled and couldn't get to the post office. I was trying to get someone to help with this but wasn't able to 

I've since arranged a collection from my home, I didn't know this was an option. 

Could I please have my charge cancelled as it's a big fee that I can't afford?
