I've just received a letter from Sky (yes a letter, not an email) about changes to WIFI MAX. From April 1st the the money back aspect of the Speed Guarantee will no longer apply. The Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee will also no longer apply. Essentially all you can do if either fall short is terminate your contract with no fees.
@splatto Never understood why it was there, crystal ball is needed for that or some other kind off voodoo magic. At least they let you know upfront, next they just have to change all the Help to reflect, have you per chance made a claim, the one and only that is allowed per the terms and conditions?
I think the Speed Guarantee was based on the Service Checker falling short three days in a row. I never understood how the Wall to Wall Wifi could be monitored.
I haven't claimed, but only signed up in mid January.
