Disappointed
I swapped to sky and had my equipment installed on the 24.2.26 four days later it stopped working. I then had to wait another 4 days before an engineer was available to fix it. Not only did he say it had been wired badly but that I had a faulty hub and need to ring sky and order another one. We have now not had any internet for 7 days … this is completely unacceptable and I am regretting moving to sky. we rely heavily on internet for work and study

@RDR81 You might be entitled to compensation once the issue is resolved see Skys help below

please be aware that the broadband service being discussed on here is for domestic use only and whilst customers are free to use it for wfh they aren't entitled to extra or quicker support
