Changed mind on upgrading broadband

I ordered sky broadband ultra fast tonight but changed my mind due to cost. I want to revert to super fast. I would also like to cancel the evening and weekends sky talk as I use my mobile

@Frielly  You would need to call Sky as you can't request this in public forum.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Due to work commitments calling sky is not possible. Why can't I change back online when it can be upgraded online

Because Sky dont offer that facility online currently, likely to be because of how their billing/ordering system works.

Sky are open 7 days a week 8am-11pm so hopefully you can find a time window outside of work to call and get it sorted
