I ordered sky broadband ultra fast tonight but changed my mind due to cost. I want to revert to super fast. I would also like to cancel the evening and weekends sky talk as I use my mobile

Due to work commitments calling sky is not possible. Why can't I change back online when it can be upgraded online

Sky are open 7 days a week 8am-11pm so hopefully you can find a time window outside of work to call and get it sorted
