My WiFi is currently on 5ghz but to connect my smart plugs I need to change the channel to 2.4ghz

can anyone help?

@Hayley130986 your Sky hub is using both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz wifi bands however some devices like your smart plugs cannot connect to a dualband SSID so you have to split the two bands as explained here Split Sky WiFi bands
