Hi,
I am currently experiencing an issue where I cannot load the sign in page for sky whilst connected to sky broadband on all devices. Also sky go will not load for these.
However when I use my 4g data it is possible. It is as if my IP address is blocked for some reason.
Any help appreciated.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jamie17If your IP address is blocked, try and turn off the router for 30 minutes and then try again with a new public IP address.
