Right firstly everything works but cannot play games , it started with my PS4 it just stopped working and couldn't connect to wifi now my other devices won't work on games but I can email browse etc it's really Annoying me I've checked my router etc reset it but still nothing my games won't load it gets to 96% then stops loading please help

Turns Out my router was too close to my window you need 30cm space all-around the router

@Nafees check the setting for the Broadband Shield in the My Sky app or web site as if set to restrictively they will block most online games.
