Cannot connect to sky

I currently work from home and I do not have any sky Internet can you please assist? This is a matter of urgency. I have disconnected the router turn it back on and it's still not working on the front of my box. I have greenlight for power and a green light for Wi-Fi and that is it. I don't have any lights for Internet or voice
