Yes please. Unfortunately they weren't able to book me 1 as my replacement sky q box wasn't down as delivered on their system. I did mention that the box it came in was covered in muck and and feet of the sky q box were filthy. The girl told me to bookan appointment via the app but unfortunately I work all weekend and the app/site was down for maintenance

Yes, I need an engineer out immediately!!! This is 2weeks now without a service I'm am paying for. It's absolutely ridiculous. I've had zero communication regards an appointment being booked or that a date/day has been arranged for a call out. The sky customer service is deplorable
