One week of WiFi. Poor speeds and keeps dropping!!

Got broadband (Sky max) just over a week ago. From the day it was activated I've had nothing but issues with it. Speeds are terrible, way under what I'm paying for and it constantly keeps dropping out every few minutes. I have phoned customer services every single day due to the app saying nothings wrong (I have screenshots of every time I've checked speeds) but nothing is being done about it? Why does my internet keep dropping??? I'm at my whitts end with it and will be ending my contract early if this isn't sorted.

I spoke with somebody yesterday regarding this. I've received my new router and I still can't connect to it!? It's just connecting to my old WiFi network. Honestly I am going to loose the plot. I can't get back in touch with the person I spoke to yesterday as there isn't the bubble at the bottom.
