I have just got the new sky wifi max white router but can no longer connect my hp envy 4500 pribter. l didn't have this problem with my old sky router black. I have tried everything I can think of. Help 🙏

No problem. For reference, devices of that vintage (the HP model is a decade old) cannot really be expected to handle WPA 3 (or WPA3-T) wireless encryption, which is a bit unfortunate as that's what the Max Hub uses by default.

I had the same issue.
Print off a report from the printer. this will give you the printer MAC address.
Enter this MAC address manually in the SKY max hub.
Connection - WIFI - Add device manually.
Then connect to network from printer.

I'm having this issue right now but have no idea how to access the SKY Max Hub.

Max Hub administration is through the My Sky app.

Access the sky max router in your browser by typing the address 192.168.0.1
