Cancellations

I believe I am in the cooling off period of 31 days, I would like to cancel my subscription. As the quality of the WiFi we are receiving is not great.

@AdamLawrenson

You need to contact Sky and give them 14 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.

When returning the hub make sure you get and keep proof of posting.
