Wifi issues

I've had sky glass since 15th October and to date we haven't had a decent wifi reception from the router . We was guaranteed 700mb from 1gb broadband and were lucky to get 160mbfrom the next room from the router. Also the house is huge and I would like to request boosters around the house . My home is 3 storey with 7 bedrooms ,3 bathrooms

You absolutely aren't guaranteed 700Mbs over WiFi: the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' (if paying the supplement for WiFi Max) is for a whole 25Mbs.

Sky loans wireless booster hardware free under the terms of the 'WiFi Guarantee' element of 'Broadband Boost' and the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' part of the 'WiFi Max' subscription supplement: they don't otherwise provide or sell them except to resolve issues with Sky Q. Phoning Sky to go through a telephone diagnosis is required to have a booster or pod allocated to the account. Inevitably some have leaked onto a certain auction site, but Sky won't offer support with using these.

Confusingly the 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' doesn't actually provide booster hardware, and is essentially a sales lead generator for the supplements mentioned above.

I'd also suggest that expecting ISP hardware (which is inevitably built to a limited budget) to cover a 'huge' house for anything like gigabit speeds is frankly unrealistic.

Note that Glass is a subscription television product, and not itself broadband or WiFi.
