Hi,
I have been waiting for my Sky Broadband & Talk installation since the 20th of June and have received multiple messages about the inability to start the installation. Given the repeated delays, I am no longer interested in proceeding with this broadband service.
Please cancel my order and confirm this text.

It's not possible to cancel anything by posting to this forum: you'll need to call Sky.
Note that if the delay is with the network provider (Openreach or OpenEIR) then any other ISP using the same network is likely to have the same issue.
