Can’t connect to Netflix

Having an issue with Netflix not loading, just showing the loading screen. Nothing had changed recently, have been with sky for 2+ years and not had issue before. Have tried all troubleshooting that sku have suggested but nothing helps

Thank you. I finally managed to get to a real person from sky and not the virtual assistant and got it sorted. Virtual assistant was useless as usual
