Issue with Broadband

The WiFi network is Absolutely Awful. 
Can't get it in the bedroom above the box.

Been like it for months, although it's saying everything is ok it really isn't. 
quick response to this please. 
My service with Talk Talk was much better than this.

@carolwill58  If you don't have coverage over the whole property does your broadband package have either broadband boost or broadband max subscription?
