Can't access wifi settings on mysky app
Since yesterday I've been unable to access wifi settings on the mysky app so that i can forward some ports, after selecting "sky max hub" it shows an error saying "Sorry, we're having technical difficulties". I also don't understand the point of disabling port forwarding on the gateway page just to force users to use the mysky app as i now have no way to port forward because of this 😕

Re: Can't access wifi settings on mysky app
@GlynP check the hub is correctly listed in the My Devices section of the app and showing as being online. If it isnt after 24 hours call Sky as you will need their help.
The switch to control of routers by apps as opposed to web interfaces is something not limited to Sky. There are two main drivers the first is simplicity as the vast majority of users find it easier as thecweb interfaces can be difficult to understand. Secondly increasingly browser security settings will not allow the web pages to load as they do not carry security certificates.
