I am not able to access the vodafone website from within my sky network but it is accessible using my mobile data connection. This is a pathping of the connection attempts

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@storm83 Have you tried leaving your router off for a set period of time to get a new IP? Take it that all other websites can be accessed?

I think renewing the public IP address solved the problem, although I didn't turn the router off for an extended period of time, I went to Sky Hub -> Maintenance -> Connection Status then hit Disconnect followed by Connect and I haven't seen the problem since.
