sky is offerimg 18month price freeze for £25 why will it not let me upgrade to this

@CglassIf you are getting an error on the website while trying to take up this offer, it would be a good idea to give Sky a call.

My thoughts exactly, it says this on the deals page but when I go to renew it offers £35.50 which it says is the best it can do but clearly not. Also if you have to ring up to renew they then charge you a fee, bonkers.
