When I go to https://www.sky.com/productsettings, it says "No active Sky Products".
And the Bills & Payments section says "This page is restricted".
There's a broadband router right there in my house, works great! I just want to see my bills.

Hey, thanks for replying!
I'm not sure. Last time we had Virgin for 3 years, before that we might have had Sky!
Why? What do I need to do if that's the case?

Find out moreOld Sky accounts stay linked to your Sky ID so if you were with Sky previously, left, then rejoined you'd either need to unlink your old Sky account then link your new Sky account number to your Sky ID or create a new Sky ID and link that to your current account number.
