I am due to go live tomorrow with sky fibre, I have Openreach coming however I do not have the sky equipment, due to a bavk office error 'sky' assumed I still had old equipment which was actually returned to them, does anyone know how I can ensure the equipment arrives tomorrow, my existing services with my current internet provider are being switched off tomorrow!!

Posted by a Sky employeeIf nothing is on it's way to you, then you have to wait till you go active and then we can do a replacement. Which we can usually do in 24 hours.

Hi Lisa,
It would be good to know the relevant equipment will be with me tomorrow, due to a 'back office' error I have not been sent any new equipment, other than Sky q box, no viewing card though, so as of tomorrow, if I don't receive a hub, I will be without any TV and Internet!! Great start for my return back to sky!!

If you are a returning Sky Q customer they will have presumed that you kept your original viewing card so if you haven't kept it you'll have to ask Sky to send out a new one.

I returned all my equipment to sky almost 2 years ago, and told them this on the phone on 28th Dec when I signed up to return!
