If you currently pay extra for Sky's WiFi Max package they should send you a pod extender if you do not getvusable WiFi in every room of your home see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max.
Sorry to say you will have to speak to an agent to get one sent out calls from the Sky Talk line which is included with your broadband are free just dial 150.
