I was very happy to migrate from BT to Sky.I felt adventurous,having been with BT for over 40 years.

I'm not particularly techy,I read intructions first which always helps....but I have no instructions for my Brother HL-L3210CW series printer refusing to connect to the Sky broadband and link me to my PC. I need to print my cross stitch patterns out........I NEED HELP please !!

I will follow your instructions,should you have any.I can uninstall and install programs and updates.

Should I do exactly that? Uninstall all Brother printer software and start again ?

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.
