New broadband not working

Got new router with Sky glass. Supposed to start today. Not working. I work from home so desperate.

If you mean today is your activation date then that can happen at any point up til midnight tonight. As Sky broadband discussed here is a domestic service I'm afraid working from home brings no extra or quicker service.
