Slow broadband

My new broadband hasn't been good since we switched from BT and I'm not happy. I never had any issues with BT service, apart from price and my internet today has struggled to get over 1mbps!

@Oli6 if you are in the UK and in the first 31 days with Sky you can switch back to BT at no cost (see  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-broadband) otherwise what has Sky told you when you reported the fault?
