Broadbank half works

I have 3 green lights on my router but the TV is saying I have no Internet. I have a mini box in another room which is also saying the same. The main TV is fine unless I want to use apps. My laptop asks me to log in to the network but it won't let me.

Spoke to Sky yesterday (at length) and the man was very patient and helpful but was unable to resolve it

I now have to wait for an engineer until 11th August so not happy. Any ideas please.

Hi @Samantha+Barwell 

The first step would be to reset the hub, you can do this by holding the reset button on the rear of the hub for 30 seconds.

I've done that about 50 times. I'm very familiar with asks equipment and have done it over the years but no joy this time so have to wait another week fir an engineer
