Very poor internet reception in all rooms

sky stream keeps freezing, phones take a while to load due to poor WiFi connection, no signal downstairs, can't even connect ring doorbell

Hi @Vicki75 

Have you tried running the line test in the My Sky app?
Does the issue occur even when near the hub or connected via ethernet?

Hi. Yes I have run the line test, couple times, says it is all ok, followed. troubleshooting but wasn't any better. 
Even happens to a smart tv  just a couple feet away from the router
