Hi, We moved from Sky to Vodaphone and have 2 broadband routers with us from previous times. I want to return those, but we have no email from Sky requesting that we return them. I checked the website using the steps, but I am unable to generate the code. How can I ensure that those routers are returned
Which hubs are they? Sky won't ask for Sky Q hubs back.
