I ordered on Friday last week and I got an email saying my broadband would be activated this Thursday but I still have t received my WiFi box yet I'm just a little confused

Fulfilment, despatch and shipping wouldn't have happened over the weekend or the unexpected Bank Holiday.  Tomorrow is possible, Thursday is more likely.
