Openreach not activated

Had everything installed on 16th but Openreach (or Sky) engineer couldn't fix the connection (PON light on the openreach box is flashing) and said someone would come take a look later but noone came.

 

How can I get the broadband working? Tried to call but waiting times are more than an hour
