Yes suddenly dropped about 1am just now. We are GL5 too. Internet & Voice lights are both orange.

Same here. GL11. It also says connection and WiFi fine, but it isn't.

Does anyone know how to report it? Had a quick look around but not immediately obvious. Checked for 'outages in your area' but still getting 'everything looks good'.

Same here. Says it's fine but the wifi and voice lights are amber and all my devices say "connectes, no internet"

I've been sent around in circlea on the website as according to them there is no issue to be reported. Except there is.

Phone lines only open at 8am so I guess we're just stuck. Very irritating.
