Broadband stilll not working
The WiFi is still intermittent even after your team have been out to look at it. Theee is significant lag. We are unable to have wven a single teams call. Could you connect us to the fibre service provider in our road called toob. We know this works and cannot continue like this.

Sorry @Alex531 but you are only talking to other customers here and not Sky support so to talk to them you will need to call them.

@Alex531 You need to apply to toob direct, they will take over and all you have to do is pay the early exit fee that sky will want from you!
Sky use only OR Openreach and CF CityFibre to supply broadband! Link below will explain it!

You haven't said if you've still given them the opportunity to fix it.
If you cancel before your contract ends (minimum term), you might have to pay an early termination charge (Sky will notify you if you do and how much they’ll charge).
