Hello
My broadband has dropped from averaging 30 megs speed to 3 megs for the last few days.
I have tried the self help (eg checking all connections on router and turning it on and off).
Sky diagnosis says:
Speed to Router - Poor
Outage in area - No
Sky hub connected - Yes
Errors on line - Yes
Stable connection - Yes.
Sky also contradicts itself by on the one hand saying "there's a problem with your sky broadband - let's take a look", but when I follow the diagnostics which solves nothing, the speed remains poor but it states "your WiFi looks good".
Any suggestions on what I should do?

Mine had gone too and when I check sky says there are no issues

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Alex47 two options first is to call Sky and report the issue as where the app doesn't offer ro book engineer's appointment that is the way to get things fixed. Alternstively post your hub's stats and forum users can offer advice see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
