Can’t open some websites

Hi first of all my router restarts atleast once a day by itself secondly when I am on my laptop browsing some websites does not open keep saying unreachable website like google and one of my dental insurance company

@Cristine76 when you say your heub resets do you mean the connection drops (internet light goes amber) and then reconnects (light goes back to green) or the hub reboots where all of the leds go out and come back on their own after a few minutes? It would also help if you posted your hub's stats see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
